The Swedish Chamber in Hong Kong celebrates 25 years. 2nd November, a full day CSR event was organised, including seminar, breakout sessions and a Facotry visit tour. 

Britta Ostrom, Director of CCR CSR, moderated one of the breakout sessions with the topic of CSR/CR  – New generation of young workers.

Learnings from an on-going study in 6 factories about the new generation of young workers, Britta shared the foundings of the young workers' experience, thoughts, aspirations and attitudes to work.
