International Companies Work Together to Improve Children and Young Workers Situation in Supplying Factories in China

A group of foreign brands are working together to address the rights of children and young people at work. Social Compliance staff, from the  international retail companies, meet regularly to develop and share good practices, and learn through joint practical projects. Learning is also shared with supplying factory management and social organizations to the benefit for children and young workers.

The companies are all members of The China Working Group for Children's and Young Person’s Development (CWG CYPD). It was set up in December 2009 and is coordinated and led by CCR CSR (Centre for Child Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility).
