Auditor and Social Compliance Staff Training -- Focus on the Young WorkforceTraining

The overall objective with the training is:

-       To help auditors/social compliance staff become better equipped to approach and support the Young Workforce in the factories,
-       To give auditors a toolbox ready to use in their daily work,
-       To give participants and their managers advice if working methods, checklists, etc need to be adjusted to better relate to the young
         workforce.
 

The training consists of the following modules:

-       Laws and Regulations with focus on Young Workers including student workers and internships 
-       Children’s and Young Person’s Rights in an Auditor Context
-       Communication with Young Persons
-       Interviews with Young Workers.
 

From February 2012, CCR CSR is offering a 1+1 day training, with an option for one additional ½ day , for mainly auditors and social compliance staff.

Trainings could be organised in-house or as external open trainings.

Trainings will initially be provided by CCR CSR staff together with external assistant trainers, in Chinese. Training opportunities in English will also be available.
